Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. win96 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, win96's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. win96 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits win96's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
